Our Process
The pressures of work, family, and long distances can make caring for elderly loved ones a daunting task. While at the same time, aging and needing more assistance often leave the senior feeling helpless and burdensome. 1. Receive Assessment
First, we will meet with you to gather and assess your personal and medical needs and learn more about your special requests. As part of our in-home needs assessment, we learn about each client’s personality, requirements and preferences to match them with the best choice of caregiver. Then, a personalized care plan will be developed to best suit you and your needs.
2. Build the Team
We carefully match our caregivers with clients to ensure they fit well with each client's personality type and preferred caregiving style. Our caregivers are compassionate and dedicated to providing clients with the best care possible. We take a personalized approach to caregiving, allowing clients to customize a care plan based on their desired senior care services.
3. Customized Shift Reports
Next, we will set up the daily shift reporting for the client and family members. No one knows you better than your loved ones. At Friends for Life, we put this into practice every day. Our reporting process keeps you and your family and friends connected and in the loop about your care.
4. Get Regular Care Management Office Team Visits
While our focus is on the client's emotional, mental, and physical well-being, we are also dedicated to providing peace of mind to the family or care provider. Because of this, clients and family members will receive frequent visits from the Friends for Life management team to ensure you’re satisfied with your senior care services.
